
Hiking is a very strenuou and tiring activity. Needless to say, you will sweat a lot. Aside from the exertion involved, wearing too many layers of clothes will only aggravate the sweating. illnesses or diseases after some time.
You might find yourself consuming more water than necessary and ultimately you might
suffer dehydration. So save yourself the discomfort, take off the unnecessary layers of clothing. Remember, your
